Greetings

This question is for Shanti

In 2007 I plan on crossing my two favorite strains, Black Widow and Blueberry in hopes of coming up with my own special personal flavor.

I would like to find a really nice Black Widow Male.

See, my plan is to have the high of the Widow and the taste and smell of the Blueberry.

This is gonna be a joint project with a close friend, its something we have been planning for a couple years. Any suggestions would be appreciated. He says your Widow is the greatest thing under the sun. and I have to agree. The cut he HAD WAS priceless, from 96 I believe... But lets not go there...I dont wanna work myself up. Alas we are going fresh on this one.

Im wondering about your BW male that does all the damage. My question is: What should I be looking for in a BW male?

.... i hope i don't piss you off by butting in; i'm an amatuer breeder, with little experience and alot of luck...

when selecting males, i choose the "best" one by looking at it as if it were female; compactness, health, beauty... look for traits you would want in a female. for example; out of my blueberrys, i had three males. one was real stretchy and frail looking... he went into the buck stove. the second was a pretty little thing, but scrawny... buck stove. the third was a super grower, picture book plant. i used him for breeding. just started some of his offspring, i've had 100% germination, and all are coming in very healthy.

Dont know when Ill get this project going as my beans have yet to show and im just shit outta luck for the $200.00 I lost I guess!

Im sure someday my money wont get pissed away and I can put your thoughtful experiences and wisdom you shared with me to practice!
