Somango and height

I was wondering if anyone has grown somango or could tell me if she stretches much in flowering.

Basically, how tall should she be (if I want her to finish at 3ft) at the begining of flowering?

Thanks as it is my first go with somango.

Every plant stretches during flowering, that stretch depends on genes and growing conditions. Sativa's will always stretch more than indica's. Not any particular plant of the same strain stretches more than another, when grown in the same conditions. somango is primarily an indica, so it will be shorter than a sativa, with less node stretching... so all that is left to keep your stretch down is to keep temps optimal, and staying at that as much as possible during day, and especially night. I can start the 12/12 cycle from seed, and end up with 3ft tall plants by harvest. So, your best bet is to veg to the height of 6-12 inches, then flower.
