Sadhu Yield?

I have 5 Sadhu seeds and I am contemplating growing or not. I have read Mikes site and looked at many posts about Sadhu and its yield, potency, and grow characteristics.

I am still wondering about its yield. What is the average yield of a Sadhu with 4 weeks of veg. I have seen 1/2 oz reported, 1 oz, and 1 1/2 those are all very different. What the consensus average be?

Mandala should have a FAQ that explains how long to VEG your plant to get the desired height, it also tells you an approx. yield. www.mandalaseeds.com

so what did you conclude?

as long as u have a good grow, with good lights, a 4 week veg'd plant should finish at 3 feet tall and yield ATLEAST 1 oz

you should look into some training techniques, like LST, or SCROG.

LST=low stress training
You simple tie the plant down training it so the bottom gets more light, you tie is side ways, but you can basically train it anywhere u want, its just a way to maximize light penetration

SCROG=screen of green
You simply use a chicken wire fence/screen 1 foot above the plants and train them sideways to grow along the screen. What happens is it causes the plant to grow horizontal and not vertical. Thus making all of the branches (bud spots) on the bottom of the plant at the same height as the branches at the top of the plant.

This tricks the cannabis plant into making all of the branches (bud spots) cola nugs. Why? Because cannabis makes the tallest bud the biggest, so if you train the plant to make all of the bud spots the same height (using the screen to train the plant along and regulate the height), then all of the buds will be uniform colas, not just 1.

Does that make sense?

It is also said you can DOUBLE your yield using 1 of these techniques.

Search the forum, theres better guides than what I just wrote...

I just got 1 and 3/4 ounce in a one gallon rockwool pot with maybe a week of veg. The buds were long and kinda airy, but smell and smoke nice. I used a 1000w on a light mover.

Yield always depends on style of grow (hydro/soil, fluoros/hps, big plants/small plants, etc.).
Our strain details are based on 400W/m2 HPS organic soil grow with plants put into flowering at 20-25cm height. That should give you an idea of what to expect. ;-)

How many plants per m2 would that be? And are we talking clones or seedlings here?
