The proof of how good a seed lot is can be shown quite easily on the boards of IC Mag. We have always offered the resources of IC Mag.com to many breeders as a way of growing and showing what they have been working on to the ever-growing public. Over the years we have found that the best and most precise way to show how good a particular genetic line is, is to have the seeds grown out by many eager test growers.

Rumour, conjecture, and outrageous claims can be either supported or quashed simply by having the seeds of the plant grown out to see if it really matches up to the breeder's description.

These seeds will be grown out in a variety of suitable conditions and so we expect to have some variation in results. Green House Seeds has come forward with many packs of 4 different varieties to be tested. So let the fun begin, after all, the proof is in the growing.


Below are the listed requirements for you to be considered for this particular test grow of Green House Seeds:

1. Must be able to start all seeds at once & immediately start upon receipt of seeds.

2. Must be able to document here on this site, from germination to harvest, by
maintaining a test grow thread in the 'Test Grow' sub-forum of Green House Seeds.

3. Must own or have readily available a digital camera for capturing different aspects
of the test grow and uploading these photos into your test grow thread.

4. Must show pics of all germinated seeds, we want to see all nice white tails!

5. Updating of test grow thread at a minimum of once per week when plants have
been placed into flower. Veg stage posts need not be updated once per week,
but as often as changes in growth are taking place.

6. Must be a contributing member of this site, with a minimum of 100 previous
grow related posts.

7. Must have a photo gallery on this site which already documents, in photo form,
your growing abilities.

Should you wish to be considered, please send ONE PM to me detailing your grow area:

a. amount of vertical grow height,
b. overall grow area dimensions,
c. lights (watts, type),
d. soil or hydro,
e. specific medium used,
f. nutrients,
g. ventilation,
h. additional equipment, e.g. digital PH/EC combo meter, handheld battery operated PH and EC meters, etc.
i. use of Co2
j. any other info which you feel relevant in justifying the suitability of your grow area.

one of the Green House Seeds varieties listed below. Those who are selected will receive detailed
instructions by pm. Please note that all test growers (once selected & notified) will need to send
by mail to SB $5/£5/5 euros for post & shipping.

Awards: not yet introduced to
competitions.
Genetics: Swiss sativa, Skunk, Super Skunk, Northern Lights.
Effect: a heavy indica feeling that evolves in a long lasting cerebral high. A special taste and a very social effect.
Flowering indoor: 9 weeks, with a yield of 700 to 800 gr/ sqm.
Flowering outdoor: ready in early October above the equator, in early May in the Southern hemisphere. Yield up to 900 gr/plant. Great resin production and very resistent to mould! Recommended for humid or rainy areas.
THC: 16.8% CBD: 0.7% CBN: 0.6%

Why did you guys just send in 4 Fem varieties to be tested?Are you discontinuing the White Widow,White Shark,El Nino,Himalaya Gold ,Super Silver Haze and the above strains in standard form?

Absolutely not! We are proud of our regular m/f seeds. We are still making them and selling them. But our main market now is feminized seeds, as we offer 100% hermaphrodite-free feminized seeds. The method we developed to produce feminized seedsis new and unique to Green house, and we want to show ICMag and the whole cannabis community that they are living up to our commitment.
After this test has started, maybe we will give regulars as well. We'll see....

good to see things moving along here. i really can't wait to see these strains being grown out. i'm also a bit surprised that they are all fem seeds, but it will be interesting, get on with it all you test growers out there.
