Cherry Chunk
I started germin' some CC beans yesterday (thanks FJ!)
I'll let Fj fill in the details of this strain. They'll be grown in FFOF soil, and fed w/ FF Grow Big, Big Bloom, and Tiger Bloom (just like all my plants). I'll keep you guys posted w/ lots of pics and some words. -yukon |

To say it at first , i thank you very much that you do this testgrow for me and all other´s
... These beans were made with the same DeepChunk IBL male duo as i used for SkunkyBalls Here are some pix in full bloom , one showed some purple towards the end of flowering ... the female that i used for this cross , were selected from a bunch of Mr Greengenes CherryBomb/DF´s Venomberry .... , as i remember right there was one female which hermed right from the beginning and one showed late flower hermies ... coming from the CherryBomb - btw the keeper is herm free and still alive , just in another ones garden ... here´s a pic of a nug of Vcb [Mr Greengenes CherryBomb/DF´s Venomberry] ad CherryChunk : you can be sure to find mostly Dc IBL pheno´s in those kerns , no matter how many you pop there are just differences in vigor and really visible diffs in flowering .... , this has shown another grow of a f1 cross with those DcIBL males .... have fun y Fj

very nice
And youre right with transplanting as everything with Dc in it tends to produce an abundance of roots - I got a single CherryChunk female in flowering right now @ a week or so , ill snap some pix when it gets interesting

Congrats on the seed co and new forum , fj! Anyways I'm doing a large grow of 1st and 2nd generation cherry bomb's from various sources. I saw you mentioned you'd gotten one true intersexed plant and one which produced occasional male flowers which is what I've heard from this strain. I'm curious out of how many females overall did this occur?
Thanks |

If i recall right i read in an article about Mr GG´s CB that about 30% of the fem´s go hermie right from the start of flowering ...
the fem i got in flowering right now , is still to 100% female + i dont think that problems occur , as CC is only to 25% CB , so mathematically the %-age of hermaphrodite shrinks to 7.5% , though its unsaid of which gender the hermi will be [ this theory might be inaccurate ]
