Quick Question for my Mandala PEOPLE !
I just got my safari pack in the mail and you guys also threw in an EXTRA 10 SEEDS, THANKS !!!! Well my question was,I live in Florida and alot of your strains seem very very thick and I was concerned about mold, and I am going to be trying these outside, and I didnt know if it would be a big problem to grow them?
Thanks Cannoseur

Keep an eye on the mold, perhaps top them to thin out the buds.

i know how central florida is, especially with summertime humidity and heat. molds love humidity. this winter has been very humid and rainy, eh? well, atleast if you're in central florida. as far as i understand though, having family going through the kashmir, florida is almost identical in climate to certain parts of it. although he says mold is something to worry about with his strains when you've got high humidity, keep in mind that india gets annual monsoons. im not sure what part of the kashmir his plants are from, but im sure if grown right they can adapt.
also, if im not mistaken, doesnt hot air cause buds to be more airy if its continuosly grown under a relevantly same termperature? im not sure on that one, but i seem to recall reading that somewhere ( a grow manual or something). anyhow, if that's the case, florida gets in the 100's in the summer sometimes, so you might not have to worry about that. |

Hi Cannoseur, this isn't exactly a quick answer to your quick question...but you know how it is with xmas and all. ;-)
You picked up our special offer Safari Mix which had 20 seeds. Congratulations! The mix always has sativas in it that are quite mold resistant. But there are also indica hybrids which might be touchy. The standard method is to top and thin out the bud density, and plant so that the harvest doesn't fall in with heavy rain. That should be sufficient. Good luck with your grow! Mike Quote:
