I'm only 26 and over the past year, i've gotten some real wrinkles under my eyes. I might try some zuchini, but i think thats only a temporary fix.

Does stress cause wrinkles? It seems like I'm angry all the time, could this have anything to do with it? Any suggestions?

But I think that any remedy will be temporary.. although our skin does renew itself periodically..

Stress causes a lot including wrinkling of the skin.. But so does working in the sun etc.. etc..

I wouldn't be too worried about it

Stress will cause it, like if you are wrinkling your forehead a lot or grimacing. Also squinting in the sun and sun exposure, do you always wear sunglasses? or a hat?

Also, drinking a lot of water helps and maybe a good mositurizer. lol well....it's true!!

I agree with POMH ... keep covered from the sun, lots of water, plenty of rest...

cucumbers on the eyes!

Do you use moisturizer and sunscreen every day? Do you drink 8 glasses of water a day? Do you get 8 hours of sleep a night? These things are really important if you want to take care of your skin. And Obviously, if you're smoking, using drugs and alcohol, and spending a lot of time in the sun, that's going to beat your skin up.

Nothin like an 18 year old zucchini to make a 26 year old feel better.

Im always squinting and furrowing my brow, nothing to do with the sun really, just my demeanor. I'm going to get out of that habit...maybe try to get more REM sleep too. Thanks guys.
