i've seen the question of whats the difference between these two quite a bit but never seen it answered....i just searched 6 pages in this forum then gave up.

whats the difference in lineage?

what about flavor and different style of stone?

bluemoonshine was the best seeds i ever bought.

I hear the taping of shoes.......The Old Time Moonshine is an f5 IBL from the Blueberry line. The Blue Moonshine is an f4. The main difference between the 2 is the mutant factor. The OTM has a cornucopia of pheno's that were not present in the BM. The original BM has more of a consistant range of pheno's. The mother used in the OTM actually was quite sterile. There were very few seeds that came off of her(hence the limited release). I love the OTM simply for the fact that you will find plants in there that you will not find anywhere else on the market. These ladies made some of the finest bubble hash I've smoked to date.

nice it worked!! right on man, if the OTM is as good or maybe even better then the OBM it must be a great strain....the OBM made some of the finest bubble i've smoked too!

so i take it they have similar highs and flavor since they are so closly related? just depending on which phenotype u choose?

i was just curious because a friend was kind enough to gift me some BM's f2's but i was still pondering the idea of getting some OTM if they are still around.....thanks man...peace

Great info Red, thanks. I have been debating on wheter or not to get the OTM, as the original BM is my "holy grail" of seeds. Might just give em a shot now that I know the difference. Thanks

I was packing a smoking a couple bowls of Blue Moonshine as I read this thread. We should start a fan club... or a thread, even!

I am stirring up a batch of BM bubble for the holidays. 45 micron Blue Moonshine hash is my favorite Christmas candy.

i hear you guys, bluemoonshine was the only seed i've purchased, grown out, and thought that it could be considered "elite" status. a choice BM clone could make keeper status in almost any garden imo. then u add how good of quality the hash is and it's just another added bonus.

my favorite pheno i grew had nice rock hard tight nuggets that were light green with purple tints......smelled great....tasted berryish/earthy/mossy very exotic kind of taste i thought and very good.....potency was knockout....i got a deep body stone that was long lasting yet it was still euphoric at the same time. great strain
