I was reading the Randy Brush Update , I was trying to figure out why he was given 3rd degree with 4 plants : Norml ohio law

200 g to 1000 g 5th degree felony 6 months-1 year and/or fine,
if near school or juvenile-4th degree felony 6-18 months and/or fine
$2500-$5000

They got the fine correct for a fifth degree felony . I looked up what was given to Randy per plant in order to put cultivation to 3rd degree which is 1000 - 5000 .

Ohio law states 100 grams per plant is given per plant ? mature plants a certain size rather then weight the plants they assign a gram weight correct unless the pot is usable ?

Near a school or something ?

On Randy's they must of asigned 1000 grams per plant ?

Could someone tell me if it is 100 or 1000 ?
