I have been lookin into an NL from Shanti. The closest I see is in SSH. Does he have?/or does anyone know if he plans to offer a pure NL in the future? Is that even possible now?

i'm not sure why he'd bother, being that Sensi already offers NL5.

as a small-ish breeder, it seems more likely that Shanti wants to release unique stock rather than reshuffles & more-of-the-same-old stuff already available... most of the 'versions' he's released have just been 'remasters' of stuff he's already worked on at Greenhouse, etc. that have suffered since his departure, anyway.

Shanti stated sometime back that he will be working with and releasing his NL in the future. Same time frame as his new Sk projects. Shanti is not Sensi, he can do what he wants. He also has access to Sensi's original stock from Neville. I promise his selections will be better than Sensi's.

Hey Baba no problem. I just asked, cause I knew had had it in the SSH, and I think in his dreamtime mix he has an NL if you get luck to find it. I also reas I believe here that Shanti had something to do with Sensi's Nl#5 x Haze. I wasn't all to sure. So I just asked. To me what Shanti brings out is Gold. Not just because of the genetics, and how good he is at brining out the best of the best. He is also a super nice person. I have wanted to add NL to the stable for sometime. I no longer trust any seedbanks, but our host here at icmag. So I was hoping to get some info on Shanti, and the NL. I want a good NL to hit to my OG Haze. Shanti is the one I would look for in that.

Btw Baba...Just to let you know. I was originally from OG/CW. I enjoyed alot there, but the main difference to here is. The people, and the mods seem to me to let free speach go pretty well. Even in sometimes a lil rule breaking. Tho' they never seem to me to let it go to far like OG/CW did. In essence what I am sayin. It is all good. Take that foot out of your mouth. Pull up a chair, and lets light a phatty to share...Grow on..Stay Safe, and...peace.

Sorry I posted this right after. I din't think of it when I posted the last message. I want the NL for a project I have in mind. I am a student of Hort, and going for a Mstr in another field. What I am interested in is a project for a med strain. I know I don't have the room to do exactly what I want right now. Tho' I am hoping I can work with what I have. Maybe never, but if I can I plan on making it available for no cost. Maybe as a freebie if GN wants. I know that is many years away. Tho' I have patience. As I mentioned somewhere before. My departed father was my Idol. That man made me who I am today. I know he didn't approve of my Mj use, but he still gave me respect. I Love him, and will even after I die. I saw that man suffer for three years with a terrible illness. That is why I am going to school for Hort. I feel I have something to offer. Maybe the great "Herb" would not have saved his life, but Damn I know it would have given him a better quality. I saw him waste away in front of me, and it kills me to this day like it was yesterday. No one can ever take his place, or take my memories from me. Tho' I greatly admire Shanti. What he has gone thru, and likely will at the hands of an unjust Govt. In a sense to follow in his footsteps. So I can maybe one day help those like my Dad that needed/needs it. Shanti's genetics may well help me understand breeding, and all better. I want to start with top shelf. When I am ready. I have many relatives in South, and Central america. I will start my true project from beans there. Until then. Thank all that have helped me with advice, and all. I don't forget those people. If something does come out of this. They will all be remembered, and if they want be gifted with something from this. I think a lot of the crosses have NL already in em' see the strain base guide where I think they explain it.

I have done some research on the NL. I am under the understainding that Shanti developed that NL, or maybe the NL5 x Haze for Sensi. If I am wrong on this someone let me know please. Otherwise I don't want to take a risk looking for NL in a mixed pack like dreamtime. Though the idea of the mix I very much like. To me opening a goodie bag, and not knowing what you'll get. Yet knowing it's all good. Also I have a pack in storage from another breeder that has multiple crosses with NL, and GF. I wanted the NL for a lil breeding project I had in mind.

Goodbye...I can't seem to remember the time frame for Shanti releasing the SK, and NL. Any estimate as to timing of the release?..Thanks..peace...

The Sensi Seeds Northern Lights was NL#5XNL#2.
The NL#5 was never offered as a strain since the Nl#5's daddy died before seeds could hit the market.
The NL#5 is a female cutting only.
Only Nev and Shanti have that particular cutting.
