Two notes on the list: Dr. Jensen's contact info isn't detailed but she's in downtown Ventura on Fir Street. The other note is that both Dr. Mikuriya and Dr. Fry are under fire by the Medical Board and may soon be suspended/revoked. Mollie Fry is a good friend of mine and needs all the help she can get.

The California Medical Board has already sanctioned Dr. Mikuriya and his suspension and probation are on appeal.

Dr. Fry has a hearing in Sacramento in the next few days. I have little information about it but I'll find out and post a link.
