i plan on cutting a clone off a MANGO clone already vegging up a 250w MH.
Does the rorkwool need to soaked in ph balance water for 24hrs before cutting can be placed into it? an when i make the cut on the stem maKe sure to slice it in a angle right? is there anything i'm missing?
i plan on cutting atleast three maybe four cuttings..

first picture is when i first got it. then i gave it to a freind. second picture is it a my boy house looking green. just transplanted that day. then put under 250MH fish tank light for vegging. last picture is it a couple days ago...

give her a lil more time and youll have more to choose from and start the chopping nice and low.... youll get the hang of it... lord only knows how many clones I got before one survived but cutting your own clone and rooting it is fun.. for me it takes a couple weeks... I cut it... throw it a cheapo-aerocloner or DWC right away.. indirect sunlight for a week then on the edge of my garden a few days then after a few days of floro you got yourself some roots! simple as that... I used rooting horomone but you dont need that... also dont spray em with water for a few days cus that to me is a death sentence if you spray em early on... I dont use a humidity dome... so there it is! good luck champ!

i dont use rockwool either so i could not tell you.......

dwc is eazy water a few bubbles and baaam!

iv also cut my clones at a 90 deg
a long with 10 other angles all rooted with no prob's

ok thanks for the input guys. but i have another question. after i have the clones in rockwool what kind of light cycyle do i need to run?
the reason for the questions is because, i have 9 sprouts that are a little more then two weeks old. living under a 400wHPS 20/4 light cycle. can i put the clones in with my other plants an let them all vegg? running 20/4 light cycle.

i would try 24 if you could for the first 2-3 days......

even if it is just a hall way light for that 4 hr's or maybe a little lamp
iv never seen any make it under a 1000w light never seen it under a 400w

but put the clone close to the light that you do use on that 4 hrs
let me know if it work on the 20/4 hr light so i know
if you use that. and the 400
