do roots normally have "hairs" on them?
i checked both my plants today...and both holes have roots coming threw..which is normal from wehat ive gathered.....but they look hairy...is this normal? i checked all the books i got and it doesnt say anyting about it...but it wasnt root rot..i think ...as the roots are white still.

yes they are fine. as long as its not moldy fungusy hairs. good roots have hairs.

as long as they are white, they are good. they will start to get real thick between the net pot and water
