First Hydro Grow.. (Flora Nova Rules!)

im very proud of my plants. This was supposed to be just a little test grow with hydro before i moved. I wasnt really expecting them to make it since i tried one other time and didnt get far. I switched back to soil.

well my plants were looking a little shabby and Capt. Crip told me to try the GH Flora Nova one part nutes. I got them and all i can say is WOW

ive never seen plants grow at this speed!

i took a pic today after i gave my babies a little bath. I switched the lights to 12/12 a few days ago, with no signs of sex yet.

there are 5 plants in the rubbermaid container. 4 Lifesaver and 1 BOGBubble .

Awesome dude!

Sure hope they're all females, else you're going to have one devil of a time seperating out the males! LOL...

Question My 1st hydro (in a wk.)

I'm preparing for my 1st hydro grow. Soon as my L.S.D arrives. (Most likely Mon. Aug. 2nd) *also my 2nd soil...really the 1st b/c males raped my 2 potential females, so I just havested the big bud seeds of'm.

Diggity Dank: Is that GH Flora Nova self regulating PH bc I know nothing bout nutes or what kind of program/feeding plan I will use(open 4 ideas ASAP) also needed for soil.
*I also have a new bottle of thrive alive b1 red that I don't know what 2 do with*

BuzzBob: With that said can I start in soil then move a few females 2 hydro & the the other females stay in soil. I have 3 (1 of those a controller) 5gal. DwC buckets & a resivoir

BuzzBob: Actually, the plants are very easy to seperate. I tried yesterday just to make sure and they each come out easily.

NarKotix_NiKKa: The Nova series has pH buffers in it. My water has hight ph to begin with so i put some ph down in the water also. I rarely check the ph and ppm just because i dont have to.

Since i started using these nutes, ive checked the ph and ppm twice maybe. its just so easy.

What should I do w/ the thrive alive? Can I use it as a foliar spray or would that be 2 much?

they looked kinda bad in the first pic because i just sprayed them down a lot. i give them baths every once in a while.

yeah its just a bubbler. 20 gal rubbermaid with like 5 airstones.

Capt. Crip: you are very right. Thanks so much for recommending me these. Cant wait to grow out your test seeds after these are done!
