100 HPS First Cabinet Grow

This is my cabinet that I started. I am not too crafty and had limited manual tools but i finally built something. If anyone has any suggestions please help. Its a work in progress so its not completely built. The cabinet is around 35"L x 16W" x 28"H. The flowering room is 20"L x 16W" x 28"h. These are rough measurements and not exact. Thanks for looking.

nice work man, no matter what it compares to at least you'll get sum bud out of it. I'm curious where you got your 100w hps from though.
I can't find any pre-fabricated set up's. Just industrial style high bay lights.

Lol I'm gonna try and grow my weed all splinter-cell in my closet.
Who know's maybe a cabinet would be easier in the long run.

I got the light from my friend. From the looks of it I think it was a security light. The reflector is just something I had laying around the house.

Thanks for taking a look @ my cab. I still havn't made any holes for ventilation yet but im in the process of doing it. My exhaust fan is a 4.25" PC fan i got from radio shack. I am not quite sure how many intake holes I should make. I heard its 2x your exhaust but I am not quite sure what to do.

Edit: mushu.. I am planning to grow white widow and skunk #1. Not quite ready to germinate but I should be very soon.

I'm bored and feel like helping

1. If that space isn't lightproof you need to make it light proof.

2. That intake hole should be lightproofed/bugproofed so no pests can get in and eat away at your plants.

3. After you get the intake holes/light proofing problems cleared up turn all the lights and the fan and measure the temp inside the cab. If it's above 85 degrees you're gonna need a bigger exhaust fan to help get rid of the heat.

I've never grown before, I'm just speaking based off what I've learned from this site and overgrow.

Hey Jam... I am going to have some fans blowing towards my lights to bring down the temps of the light. Other than that I am going to have 2 4" passive intakes and hopefully that should be enough to bring down the temps.
