well first lets cover the supplies
a Razor, some cloning gel/powder, some starter plugs,
and a Cloning chamber. also low light I use 4 40w flor. hung about a foot above the cuts.
now first the day before I cut the trim off the branch I am going to clone from. Then I take the plug and run a rod through it to make sure the clone will slide in without any problems.
then take your clone branch and cut at a 45% angle.
Take your cuttint dip into the powder/gel then place into plug, plug can be replaced with other things like jiffy pellets / perlite
place the plug into chamber under low lights till roots show the place in medium of your choice
I use a 1/4 strength ferts in my cloning chamber.
this may not be new to some of you, but hope it helps someone!

Good thread Aquaman2112- looks almost the same as the method i use (except I use perlite/vemiculite 2:1 as the medium and no feed 'till i have roots)

What TEMP do you think is best - I would go for 26c although running hotter works (thats about 80f - i had to look it up)
How often do you spray ? - i like to keep them very moist

Lets hope that this encorages a few more people to try taking cuttings

this is the way to go people - never be short of female plants again

the moistor content in the chamber is high enough I never spray them and I like in the mid 80's sorry I failed the metric system so I dont know what celius would be.
and yes once you have a few good moms you are set for a really long time with Great smoke, No guessing and able to dail in on your plants for best growth.

some Bog stuff I got my labeling screwed so I nolonger know what is what! numbering them so I know what kicks and what doesnt, love to know but hell I am mostly about the quaility of the smoke! some are of a Lifesaver I have a real sitiva bitch I am extremely excited over!!!!!

Hi, that looks the same method as i have been using on a male i kept somewhere away from my grow after it showed its balls. The purpose of keeping this male was just to practise taking cuttings, so my tecnique is right in time 4 my plant which i will want to mother up. The only thing i would metion, is that in ur pic, it ap[pears that u are putting the stem of the cut, straight in2 the pot of rooting hormone, isnt this supposed to be bad, i thought u were meant to put a little bit in2 a seperate container to stop the risk of infecting the entire pot with any bacteria on the stems. Sorry if this comes across as me being a smart ass, but i failed in my 1st few attempts, i believe due to not being serious about contamination, so now i am a bit hung up on it, where growing is concerned, anyway, happy cloning
