Malawi Gold x Holland Hope
Hey my thread in the Afropips forum got canned with his forum so for all of you that were watching I have re-located here. This is a Afropips Malawi Gold female crossed with a Holland Hope male= Malawi Hope. I can't go back and add all the text but will update as she progresses. She is at day 44 flowering now. She had to be topped. She is getting quite aromatic...a new scent. Here are the images from close to the start to today 11/12/06 day 44 flowering, dr. Duck.

can see the african reduce the broadness of the hope leaf, looks like the tops will make nice long colas also

Malawi Hope Flower Day 48
Zion I am using a 400w MH and a 400w Son Agro Sodium. These have a very sweet smell. Doc the buds on the plants I didn't top are long but still real narrow, spindly. The ones I topped are shown and are doing well. They are smelling more like Hollands Hope now. These two images at day 48 flowering. I have no clue when they'll finish but I'll keep the images comming....

Do you have any pics of the unaltered Holland's Hope for comparison? I've never seen it growing, and it would be good to be able to see what's doing what!
I'm really looking forward to see how a chunky indica-dom purple Flo combines with a tall, elegant pure sativa like MG - they have similar spicy notes, and I think they're going to fit together really nicely...

Elevator I have no pics of the Hollands Hope but it resembled my Budder from Another Mother wich is Hollands Hope x Cali Orange...the thread is in my signature. These Malawi Hope have dark green leaves and are now showing a lot more trichs than the Malawi Gold. they are really spicy also. I haven't smoked it yet but will ad to this thread...that is if I can...when I do! Thanks for the intrest, Dr. duck.
