Fan holes
I'm using 2 - 65cfm, 4" PC fans for cooling, odor, and air. My cab is going to double as my TV stand with a dark blanket over it for stealth and the TV to drown out the fan noise. I was thinking since the blankets are going to be over it anyway preventing fresh air from entering/exiting the fan holes, could I just mount the fans w/o cutting holes, with both fans blowing inward, creating their own air?

Hey awq21!
Well without holes how are they going to be blowing in? Do you mean just mount them inside to blow air around? Can't you cut holes in the blanket then screw the fan over it to the back of the cab that way it has clear passage? WeedMan |

Sorry but fans cannot magically create their own air, you need holes

I'm not sure what kind of fans your using, but every fan I've ever used spin, which creates a flow of air.

i think he means no intake holes...just putting the fans in the box and blowing the same air around...in which case id say no..you need more co2 for your plants....you could try cutting intake holes on the bottom and then put the fans on the back top of your box..near your tv...and just push that against a wall or somehting...that way the blanket doesnt have to go down the back of it...
i hope i read and understood you right
