Hey Now, Today I was charged with "knowgly cultivate Marijuna,...several potted marijuana plants in various stages of growth, less than 100 grams"

Also "possess equipment and paraphernalia for use in the production, cultivation of marijuana, soil,grow lights and pots."

These are state charges. Plants-minor misdemeanor-$100
Paraphernalia-misdemeanor-up to $750 and
up to 30 days jail.

I been smokin and growing for 35 years, and finally got caught.
I "fucked up" got sloppy and lazy. I got no regrets though. Drug war been going on 35 years too! The pigs got me. "All I can do is throw up my hands
and meet all their demands"

After all these years I really don't give a fuck anymore. So many have served long prison sentences,even died that my small problem seems more silly than serious. I have to seem "sorry" and plead guilty. That feels degrading just thinking about it.

Remember the old days when you had to put a towel under the door
or burning insense or Ozume. Then a time in 1970's when it was almost legal cause there was so much weed around. I guess you can do something too long. Say a prayer this old Deadhead Rasta. I will survive and trim buds again.
Ending this "Drug War" that been waged against an entire generation would sure help me feel better tonight!

Oh man I hate to hear that. And yes I do remember when it wasn't a big a "crime" as it is today. When as long as you behaved yourself, the cops didn't really fuck with potheads.
I can just imagine how degrading it will be, have to bite that tongue and look all sorry....bet your blood will be boiling.

Do you mind elaborating on how you got sloppy?

how did they get you man that sucks one day in the woods i had this plane fly over my patch like 15 to 20 times so i harvested the next day and there were some weird cars parked in the area but i used a semi to carry the plants out then i used the semis to dry them to its funny cops never think a semi would have plants in where i live but if we drive in are regular cars the towns we get followed and pulled over if we make any mistakes

Your charges seem quite nice, not to sound pessimistic, but my state id be fucked for anything =/. . . But everything will work itself out when the time is right =)

and like POMH said, please elaborate on the situation, its good info for everyone to know what NOT to do =) So take this sad time in your life as a time when you can help others in the community =) then its not SOOO bad, since ur doing something positive with it =)

Hey Now, I just fucked up. Like to blame dubya or even cheney but I'm stuck with a Fredo for a brother. He attacked me late at nite,slamming me against a wall. That really messed up my dental work too. I pushed him off me then knocked him out with two punches. Went to bed, but he called the cops when he woke up. I still might have survived better but I got scared and kinda froze till they put me in handcuffs.
If there is a moral to this story. Live a peaceful life " Something about what's done in the dark will some day come to light" seems true. I think I just grew tired of hiding my grow. Having this garden going for 20+ years got old.
I crawl though a wall, down the leanth of the house and unscrew the door.
Really a nice hidden spot. Cloned,produced seeds and harvested some super smoke over the years. I live with other people and was able to hide it pretty well. Too good really. I'd try to clean up and never could finish. Now I'll pay the cops for doing it for me.

Hey Now, I had my first court appearance today for my herb garden.
My 12 two month old plants, and the two trimmed back Mothers, minor-misdemeanor= $150 with $80 court cost. The pots, lights & dirt are considered paraphinalia and that is a misdemeanor with up to $750 fine,&
a six month driving suspension. You can ask for some driving priveledges for work,AA meetings ect. So it's not the end of the world. I got a court appointed lawyer, but basically when the time comes, it looks like a No Contest plea.

Even the judge was smiling when she read these ridiculous charges. It gonna cost some money but I'll survive. The lawyers must all go to Fla. for the holidays cause I don't go back till Jan. 11. I'm not happy about all this,
but the entire case is a big waste of time. Of course the courthouse will get paid, but those pigs who had to cleaned out my crawlspace garden worked for free! It took 3 men 4hrs, ending the war against pot still seems like a good idea to me.
