Anyone have the recipe for genkisan's capsule tek that was on overgrow? Also, how hard is it to find coconut oil, do most grocery stores carry it?

When I buy coconut oil for my pina colados I buy the kind in a can. I've bought it in two different states at two different generic grocery stores and they both had it.
