Just dropped a few in the water. I have grown out Destroyer before and enjoyed it. We will see what this cross has to offer. What did the father look like, was he the Columbian or the Thai phenom? I will get back when I have something to show.

The father was a Kalimist male from around 1997-8 and 4 destroyer mothers were used and the seeds were grown out. From these plants the most sativalike females were saved and used as mothers for years. In 2004 year i started more of there same seeds and chose 2 very sativa males to use for bxing to my MOD mothers. The seeds you got were from that pollenation. There is likely to be both phenos in the mix but some selection may be necessary as this is not an IBL but a single bx of 2 IBLs i crossed. (as both Kali and Destroyer are oldschool inbred lines)
The MOD i choose has spiral budding like Kali but has more branching that Kali and much thinner buds. Longer and thinner leave from the Thai and longer flowering than the Kal.
I hope i am not rambleing but i just smoked some pure Kali at 0500 in the morning.

Hey Bacchus, i look forward to see how you go on this one. I have got a couple of mod bx seedlings at the moment. I dont have space to to germ more this round but if i get males i will drop some more seeds into 12/12 straight away.
Good to hear about this strain of yours mod sounds really good cant wait, hehe o dear hope i got the patients for this one.
will start a diary when they get going.

Thanks Kali for answering my question. If all goes well some of these might make into an East Texas outdoor grow next summer......big trees.

More pre98 Kali x Destroyer, to get a father for my clone mother. So a straight bx of MOD father and MOD mother.

Yes the MOD is Thai dom and is very well covered in trichs. Not sure about the 92 thrichs per mm but it is very white for a pure sativa.
The MOD will finish earlier than the Destroyer did.

These are the product of selective breeding of my Kalimist x Destroyer cross for sativa characteristics. These are the offspring of my current mother and a 2nt generation MOD father chosen for his fast growth and beautiful Christmas tree structure. These will be pure sativa and as such need special attention due a special plant. Like Kali clones may be flowered as soon as roots show and will veg in flower with no loss of quality. This flowering technique will help these ladies to finish sooner and help ensure a manageable height. High RH is no problem for these girls and bud rot will not be a factor. Stretchy with no stopping point if given high nutrient levels but they respond well to LST and super cropping. Lots of branching means space is needed but a SCROG would work well also. Not much leaf to worry with but buds are light and airy with swollen brachs when finished. This is a very white sativa with good gland production. A low ec level is needed for optimum growth.
100% sativa
RH 60-90%
Temp 80-90 F
Veg Time 1-2 weeks
Flower Time 80-90 days
ec below 1.0
50-150 cm indoor

The best sativa I have ever smoked. Out of the box she has a medicine taste and a haze smell with an uplifting buzz that will let you down softly with no residual effects. Clear and happy this high is great for daytime fun and play without the paranoia some strong sativas have. When you light up MOD in a room everyone gets very interested in what you are smoking. These meds cannot be taken in public due to the strong smell when burned. Be warned this sh*t stinks good. Be the center of attention at any party, grow MOD!

You are absolutely a hero Sir. I have spent an entire day marveling at what you have acheived in the MOD BX. In life, every four months, a new computer becomes obsolete.....the Destroyer 'was' state-of-the-art.......but now we can all see that you have gift wrapped the latest, greatest-Best probable beeta-ya-ass ten pack thus far. Truly, wonderful.....this is like stealing but yet we are not. Many who have bought seeds in the past...getting experience...rather than the pheno they were looking for.....parting with their money and time for a chance at top teir genetics....will now find the prize and security by growing MOD. - No I am not affiliated.
