Check your communications right in Seedbay...
I didn't get a confirmation email, but I received a message there saying my order was shipped... |

Good luck. I've been waiting 30+ days. No confirmation, nothing.
DG will soon be here to tell us that this isn't the place to discuss it, and to handle it via e-mail. I've tried that twice now, still nothing. Everyone here will tell you how great Seedbay is, I'm sure they have many satisfied customers. I'm just not one of them, and considering I don't see too many posts like mine here, I'll assume my post will be deleted along with all other negative posts. Whatever, I've moved on anyway. Chalk it up to experience. Good luck to all. I wonder if I'll be removed from icmag all together.

Last time I ordered with seedbay it took probably 35-55 days I cant remember exactly but I was getting worried. I finally got a conformation e-mail and the seeds arrived. Be patient its a difficult bussiness they run.

If thats the case I'll gladly eat my words, apologize and continue doing business with SB, keeping in mind stated times aren't always acurate. I just had a schedule thats all, and now things are going to be late, my damn closet is still empty, which sucks, but if they come through, I'll consider it a success and praise their efforts.

My first order was received and processed by SB in 2 business, days. I got the order within 1 week (total from MO in the mail to seeds in mail box) from them to the west coast, USA.
The next order took 6 business days before confirmation and another 4 days to me so 10 days. I have a third and forth order in the mail. So far it's been 7 days for the first of them but no confirmation as yet. It's odd it's getting slower and slower, but that's only to get there and processed. Seems so far, that the return is pretty consistent. My guess is that SB gets overloaded sometimes and can't get through the mail day to day. All sent via airmail. Hold Your Fire:
You're right on some things, and wrong as well. Correct in that specific order enquiries are not handled here for reasons of customer security...in order to address enquiries that involves the exchange of info which is best kept confidential and in a manner addressed through direct email contact. Sbay can only process orders which it 'receives'.....if there has been no confirmation that would mean Sbay has yet to receive the order. So where is the order? It could be lost enroute, it could be on it's way back to sender for various reasons (e.g. insufficient postage), it could have been stolen by a postal worker somewhere along the way, or even caught up in a postal machine and ripped to shreds. All emails are answered...currently they are about 24 hours behind, but if you haven't received a reply then that is strange considering they are all caught up except for the last 24 hours. Seems like you are holding Sbay accountable/responsible for an order which by the looks of it hasn't even been received, so how is that Sbay's fault. I therefore feel your comments slagging Sbay to be unfair. Sadly mail goes missing before reaching Sbay. Quote:
Thanks! |

First off pardon my rant. Right or wrong, childish bitching solves nothing. It very well could be out of Sbays control, which makes me really look like a dink. If so, apologies to Sbay and DG, you had to read my bitch session. Anyhoo, my fingers are crossed. Best of luck to all.
