REG.MAIL -vs- UPS priority from US
I cant afford the 40$ global express this time and allready got my conformation yesterday (sunday) + today is a holiday & cant ship till tomorrow, worried about my payment makin it in 14 days. checked with ups and they have the priority(3-5days) for approx. 7.50 or so with no guarentees, i know regular mail is suppose to be 4-7days. My guestion is do you think i would even benefit by using priority over reg. mail ? THANKS

Sent by regular airmail...........takes longer, no tracking number, can go walkies enroute.
Sent by priority mail.......takes less time, not overnight, less likely (although still possible) to go walkies enroute, doesn't qualify for extra freebie. Sent by overnight courier...usually arrives within 48 hrs, ALOT less likely to go walkies, is trackable online. This is the preferred method, especially if sending cash funds. Qualifies for extra freebie. The decision on how to send is ultimately up to the purchaser. |

we dont have this 48 h option here...its 50 $ for a 3-5 days delivery (purolator)
i live far from a major city in the remote northern Canada so air mail was the only option . |

Yes, that's why I stated 'usually within 48 hours'. The exact time (overnight, 2 days, 3 or 5 days) does not effect the additional freebie. Some locations around the globe just can't guarantee the 48 delivery time. The additional (extra) freebie is given to help offset the higher cost from having shipped payment thru 'any' courier, be it FedEx, UPS, DHL, Purolator, EMS, TNT, Parcel Force, and a multitude of others.

If Seedbay & now seedboutique would accept credit cards orders it would cut out alot of the hassle.
Bet that would really piss off your mail carriers! |

As soon as the cc program is rewritten and intergrated into the SeedBoutique site it will once again accept cc payments. The old cart was too easy to make fraudulent payments, costing SB thousands a month, but soon you will have the ease of using cc's again.
As for Sbay taking cc's, that is a future plan. Thanks! |

Sounds like you should call them and ask what's up with that. UPS envelopes arrive at SB daily without probs..must be a glitch with them on your end of things.
