I'm planning on having my soil mix consist of partly earthworm castings, but I'm having a hard time finding them locally(maybe I didn't look good enough). Any alternatives for this?

or vermiculture.com

Order on line or produce your own. Vermiculture. You can make a small bin and use your food scaps and such.

Oh..that's right...i forgot it was vermiculite. I kept searching for earth worm castings..

no no no, vermiculite is not wormcastings, vermiculture is the technique for making your own worm castings
