Hey all,

I've always had stellar service and product when dealing with the SB's. I mailed my cash for SD IBL and Bogglegum on September 20 via Global Priority (NOT Express...). I haven't gotten any shipping confirmation, so I e-mailed SB on Wednesday, and haven't gotten a response. This e-mail address has accepted every SB e-mail in the past, so it didn't get filtered out. And now, to make matters worse, I suspect that my Bogglegum is the packet that just got re-listed

I'm hoping that this is just a hiccup in the system, but I'm more than a bit concerned.....

High mate, email response is a bit behind, am sure the email cats will be catching up on those first of the week. Has been a heavy influx of emails, alot of strain questions, purchasing decision questions, etc....that really slows response time down.

The relisted Bogglegum is NOT yours....no worries.

i sent my money in about the same time my friend. i also sent an e-mail. i figure that they are running a bit behind as of late and will get back to us soon. hard to be one of the best and most consistent places to get good quality genetics. dont worry too much. peace and smoke.
