Is this ducksfoot or a cross or have you seen this before?
Ok so I just found out about ducksfoot the other day. Great breeding wally. I read on another forum that some ducksfoot cross has only three leaves. Is that true and if so is this one? At first I just figured it was some odd growth but as more leaves appear they are almost all fused into three leaves. This is some bag seed I saved. You can see one of them has one smaller leaf then the other is fused. The rest are all fused together.
I just topped it and need to get it into a bigger pot and into veg area the problem is I ran out of money unexpectedly and haven’t been able to buy the materials to build my veg box yet. I’m going to use my flowering box but it’s occupied at the moment and for about 2 more weeks at least. I’m just now got enough courage to grow mothers and do clones. Well I just now got pissed enough at having 4 out of six plants turn up male to start cloning. |

Generally the second pair of leaves starts to be webbed in Ducksfoots. For DF crosses, you can read here: https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=28755

Thanks syd that's some handy info. I didn't really think it was a ducksfoot but it sure is odd. I hope it's some good herb. I'm going to make this a mother (Knock on wood). I have had fused leaves before but usually just in one or two leaves not all in a uniform manner such as this. So I think this is less retardation and more genetic so I'm trying to find others who have had similar plants (I haven't yet). I might get some duksfoot and try some crosses with this one to see if the webbed gene passes. I’m also going to cross it with some master kush and c99 I got coming. May try to force one clone into hermaphrodite and get some pure seeds out of it. If anyone has had similar plants let me know I would be interested in learning about your experience with them.

When ive got plants that are a bit stessed they tend to only put out 3 bladed leaves so maybe its something similar.... Its not Df anyway mate.....
