Help for the newbie - Micro Grows - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

High all, I'm setting up a NGB style growbox and this is what I've got so far:
1 closet l-76cm, h-76 cm, w-39 cm
150 W Phillips SON-T hps bulb, ballast & starter
homemade reflector
shitload of mylar (at least I think it's mylar)
digital timers, wires, etc.

Now, my probem is setting up the ventilation system, because fan noise is an issue for me (migraines), I would appreciate any thoughts on the subject.

Here's a link that'll show you how to wire a computer fan so you can plug it into a wall socket. Check out the other thread in this forum by "Red Greenery" He has a great setup going with PC fans as exhaust.

i dont know my friend...i cool a 600 watt cab with 8 of these...and a small fan at the bottom of the cab(intake)

Are those 82 or 120 mm fans?

this is not a regular pc fan it is a 48volt instead of the usual 12 volt

hardly none.....none...they are as big as a cd case

Ha, found it! It's papst model 4318, 48V,100,1 CFM. It's an animal! A bit noisy for my taste though, 45 dBA is quite noisy for me.
Wahat temperatures do you get with your setup?
