off THseeds website:
Originally from Tennessee this fat little girl made her way to Amsterdam via Southern California where she had gained a strong following for her knock-out punch. With a short stature (90-110 cm) and an above average yield (400+ p.s.m.) the HOG is a perfect plant for experts and beginners alike. Get your hands on one of these little piglets today, and soon you'll be "makin bacon" and living "high on the HOG". Id be more inclined to beleieve wat it says on there own website ^^^^. Hope it helps Hippo |

a while back i email Adam at THSeeds and asked him about the Hog. here's the reply i got
"Hello Oldsog Glad to hear your growing our genetics. There is a lot of confusion on the hog. The hog that we got from San Diego originally came from Tennessee. a few different growers got hold of these genetics some grew them well some not. The Hogsbreath as I know it is a derivative of the Hog grown well. we also received our hoglet as a clone and crossed it with our stabilized afghan male then inbred for two generations so as to stabilize . We were told from the original growers that the hogsbreath was a selected Hindu kush plant from the late 80's. Sounds from your description that the sickly sweet is your closest pheno the o.g. hogsbreath. thanks for your interest...................... .............................. .. AdaminAdam" hope this helps |

Log on to OG and check the Strange Guide. There is a new entry there for The HOG. The reviewer seems to compare it to the second coming of Christ.
Makes me want to try it, that's for sure.

I just trimmed my first couple of phenos from THC's Hog. None of them are short and fat in stature. There are a couple that are big dense buds but the plants stretched.
The shortest so far has fluffy really rank smelling buds but each plant has a shit load of buds. Weighed up nice. It doesn't look very impressive in the bag tho. We have a couple more phenos to test yet. I've only tested one pheno so far. Nothing distictive about it but a heavy stone for sure. |
