hi guys this is an important question

Cuz i,ve done something wrong , first i began to add lemon peel to my buds but i noticed that orange are better because the lemon peel make your buds so moist and i f.U.cked a couple of buds last time i storage with leemons, well now i don´t know if I put too much peels or if i cushed too much the herb with my bag, my method was :

Storage the bud with nothing of air an 3 piece of leemon peels for each day i changed the peel each day but one day i`ve noticed that the buds was turning like something too much sticky and like hash and a bad flavour like it was becoming femented ,

Explain me i like to get a good piece of buds and storage for months and the best way?? thats im here

How much are you storing? If you're just buying an eighth or so just throw a piece of lettuce into the bag if it's dry. If you're curing your harvest then don't throw anything into the jars other than BUD. You don't want mold showing up on your freshly picked hard earned marijuana.

jaa tahanks well where i live, I only find shwag, that pressed marijuana and all the time is dry, now i dont know if its that the preesed is bad cured i think that it is, and another problem is that pressed has too much time Pressed and the plant begin to Rot , what i do guys?

yeahh well i fix that with some old newspaper but i don`t like how it looks, and the potency is the same, thanks for answer, now you should know how are the pressed shwag if you`re lucky you find something good, but all the time its too dry and low potency

ahh other thing i dont know if the pressed is with amoniac or asenic i dont know what shht the people who sell that put in the grass... but im trying to seeding some seeds i hope that grow something......

Yeah |0|0| it sounds like you are doing it tough..... sorry to hear that.

The amonia smell is common when plant matter starts to break down... it is composting basically so yes the shwag your getting is what we call "on the way out"

You might get more potency if you ISO or something similar your shwag. It wont make it better but it will extract the good stuff so you can chuck out the rubbish and hopefully avoid smoking too much crap..... we all know thats not good for you....

If you ISO you should get the resin out of the weed and the rest you can throw out. The ratio is about maybe 10% but the resin should be smoother and get you nice and high.

As for storage many people use mason jars or kitchen jars... like for sugar, rice etc. They can be found at a Walmart or similar for just a few $. Make sure it has either a either a nice tight screw on lid or some kind of latch....many have a wire latch and a rubber seal for airtightness.

I half fill mine (with maybe an Oz) so its loose that they can rattle around.....like with a slight shake I can shift the buds around inside...

I open the jars each day for 10 - 60 minutes and gently move the buds around... after 3 or 4 weeks they are pretty dry and you can keep the jars sealed unless you need whats inside......Stays about the same dryness and smells so much different to when they were first picked....I just did my first time proper cure and I will do this everytime now without fail......it is worth it.

If you want to moisten your budz you can add in a small piece of potato peel. It will add its moisture then dry up then it can be thrown out.

To reduce moisture keep airing out the jars or add a silica satchel or similar to take excess moisture out.. There are several very good threads on exactly that topic at the moment in the curing thread so have a look at those.

Good luck with your seeds. I hope you can get to the place where you dont have to buy anymore of the shwag every again!
