Over watered/heat stress?

These girls are 2 weeks old and today they looked like this. Any suggestions? Temps stay between 72f and 77f. Light is a 600watt led. Light is 27in away. Humidity stays around 46%-54% soil is a recipe similar to most super soils out there.

I also water yesterday after about 3 or 4 days. I was also sloppy on my drainage holes in solo cups and have corrected that.

Would you be so kind as to post a full-white lighting photo please? It's difficult to see anything but blurple under the LED light. :)

What's the medium? What did you feed them? There could be pH issues, overfeeding, cold temperatures.

However it may also be that they're too deep in the cup to have good airflow.

It looks like it could be a fungal attack.

Yep, makes a huge difference, thanks :)
You can tell the actual colors of the leaves now, as well as make out a lot more details. As TanzanianMagic mentioned, it could be a variety of things and I agree wholeheartedly about the airflow.

I'm not an expert at soil, not by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm sure you'll get much more accurate info now. :D

I'm going to do a trans plant tomorrow. My soil is similar too those online living soil recipes. I havent checked for ph in years. But the last 2 feedings were hard water from the tap and was a bit cold. I've been pressed for time lately.

I'd be curious how they look after repotting. Soil looks chronically wet if your repot isn't bone dry I'd transplant into it and not give any more water, just observe for a few days.

You should always put water next to the plant for at least an hour, so it's the same temperature. It's not even that important what the exact temperature is, as long as the feed and the soil are the same temperature.

Also, I like to germinate in coco coir, just because there is much less complication from fungi, hot spots, sticks, etc. Same reason why people use rockwool, except coco coir is completely organic and not bad for your lungs.

That's a combination of cold and wet. Mostly wet. Get them in that better draining pot and get some air and warmth around them to aid transpiration rates. LED's just don't have the radiated heat of the sun or hid's. Heat that drives transpiration (sweating) which is an important mechanism. Your RH seems ok in this respect, but I suspect the level wasn't measured within the pot where the leaves are.

Your re-pot will likely fix this. It's good to know the possible causes though.

I totally agree. I've just been so pressed for time I've neglected the girls. I trans planted this morning and both cups were loaded with roots. One feel apart on me and I held the root ball n plant. There is no visible root fungus but it could be in the early stages If any. The other was solid from compaction from over watering and transplanted nicely. I have proper air flow in new pots. I dont plan on feeding until Tuesday evening. I normally do leave my hard water out. I have a resivor I use but its feeding others and I haven not enlarged my holding tank yet. I well today. My new question is the plant I transplanted that fell apart on me. Should I water a bit or just compact the area with hands and feed in a day or two if needed?

My apologies for the run on sentences. Screen broke this morning and cant ser Mich lil.

So heres a 30 day update. Sorry for the led lights. Well try and get better pictures tonight. I'm not exactly sure what this issues were but i think it was a mix between air flow in solo cups and possibly ph issues. Plants look like they should now. I drilled holes all the around my 5g pots but I feel water dosnt absorbed properly and stays water logged. What can I do to correct this problem? Drill more holes almost like an air pot?
