Customer Inquiries

Has any one gotten a response form support? I have e-mail support only once about my orders that are past 30 days with no response. I have sent a second order Express mail and I have tracked its dilvery. No response.

Yes sorry, there is a bit of a backlog on email replies, which has now been compounded by the recent holiday period and an influx of new emails.

Apoligies if answers aren't coming back as fast as you'd like, staff is working on getting all emails caught up to date. Your continued patience is appreciated.

Is that 30 days after you sent in your payment? Did the order you tracked reach them?
I haven't had any response yet. About 22 days since auction closed, 11 days since I sent payment and an email I sent on the day I sent the payment.
This is the longest I've waited for. The first seedbay took a week for my order to come to my doorstep.
I can wait until 30 days passes before making an inquiry. Remember, they haven't enough staff time to process the numerous orders/inquiries they get.

Yes I have sent two orders by standard mail. Both orders are over 30 days. I have e-mail support with no response I would e-mail once more but I feel this would not help.

I have also sent another order over night and was dilivery was confirmed, 3 orders total.

Howevery 5 days have passed now no response for overnight.

Only 8 days past 30 days past e-mail

Where is customer support?

I feel let down........

Every email has been replied to (as of 3 hours ago). Did you check junk mail folder, perhaps the reply went there.

Perhaps your email was never received. Send it again.

Overnight mail processed today for posting tomorrow gets updated in the system tomorrow. Perhaps yours is in that batch?

Best send an email with your auction id #s and member name, as there is info which is necessary to communicate about that for customer security is best handled directly via email and not in the forums.

Will have staff alerted to expect your new email. Actually, please put Overnight Mail Inquiry as the subject of your new email so it can be spotted quickly.

I must be confused......I have checked my e-mail and all other folders that it may have ended up end, I have recived e-mail, from Seedbay but I would not say I have gotten every e-mail that I expected; it appeared to be hit or miss you know.

Where should I look?

"If it has been at least 21 days (or more) since posting your money order payment and you have not received confirmation of shipping in your communications box on Seedbay, nor received the order, then it would be prudent to resend payment via priority/express mail and cancel your original mo, as it would appear that it isn't going to arrive. If it was a cash payment, I'd presume some postal worker somewhere is going out to dinner at your expense."

I will try re-sending an e-mail tomorrow, but hold of on the re-sending the payment for now
