Question Wattage output fluctuating on EL1...

recently the green light started flashing on my EL1 gavita controller, then I noticed that the wattage on the screen was fluctuating by about 7-8 degrees, going down from 900 to 897 and up to 904. Never seen this before, can someone who knows about this chime in... is it my actual power to the room tripping or the controller itself? Is it dangerous? And how do I fix it? Thanks!

Gavita controllers seem to have a lot of issues, I have a SIEMENS Logo PLC programmed and built to do exactly what the EL1 or EL2 can do. I can also make it compatible with any controller for electronic ballasts.
