I have an idea for an iPhone app. Its quite clever and worth money potentially. I need someone who will sign non disclosure etc and make it for me from my concept. The app uses input from the iPhones hardware and does some basic maths and gives a result. pretty simple really.

If anyone here does this stuff and could help, even just advise, it would be appreciated

I should add, I will pay for the service. I can't afford the pros but if theres any amateurs who can do it reasonably, that would be good. Let me know what you think is reasonable I guess.
The app has no controls or settings - its launched and continuously monitors. When a threshold is exceeded, a snapshot is analysed and generates a number which is displayed. It resumes monitoring and the next time the threshold is exceeded it displays the new calculated numerical result.
