I'm a noob and this will be my first grow and I was going to do a couple of things but just decided to to do a one month veg and flower looking to see what type of yield to expect in a 3 or 5 gallon from one month veg from seed thanks in advance. It's a white widow from seedmans

I would avoid putting expectations on a first grow.

For that veg period stick to a 1 gallon, 2 at most.

Try to keep it simple. It is easy in the beginning to amass a wall of products and solutions you never needed for problems with the wrong answer.

Reading the stickied threads will save you money and heartache.
