Wanting to take over a criminal Enterprise that remains criminal to this day and for a 100 years has been in the hands of criminals. That's what I'm arguing against. You want to be the criminal in charge, but don't want to be a criminal and have criminals in your industry?

That's laughable philosophy. That is like wanting a war, but not wanting soldiers from prior wars to be on your side. It's not going to be any more righteous due to bias.

The majority of the reason I have a felony, is it's highly probable someone smoked a pcp laced joint with me. I'm not the first person that thought they were just smoking weed. I'll likely not be the last person that thought it was a simple joint. I doubt the guy that smoked me even knew it had pcp in it.

I really don't think barring criminals from the industry is going to prevent laced joints for all eternity.

I spent 7 years inside for cannabis and ONLY cannabis (wasn't an easy 7 either), I don't blame any of that shit on anyone else, or a 'laced joint', and I've smoked plenty of laced joints. I was done over a law that was very clear at the time, but in this day and age, those laws are muddled as fuck.

The simple fact is 'legalization' has only made things worse. In the town and surrounding areas I grew up in, it's harder to grow legal weed than it is illegal now and the quality has suffered immensely.

Frank made the best and only point on legalization, until I can grow 10 plants along my 10 tomato plants, without a worry, it's not legal. We need, now more than ever, to produce our own at a rate that's uncontrollable, fuck the government, fuck what they tell us to do. The government is the enemy, not your friend.
