because #16 beat #1 in the ncaa, everybody gets a free lunch. it has never happened before so little caesars marketing dept. was sure they wouldnt have to pay out. pass this on.

..... as I recall, there's a Little Caesars right by U of Baltimore downtown so I'd expect a very long wait right now!
