Using the photo and guessing depth of field I would go with a 'yes' that is normal.
The 'guess' is the leaf tip is touching the wet ground occasionally. Or more than occasionally. |

i'd say it's little tip burn from slightly hot soil. Nothing to worry about. Can't see it on the new growth, but the photos are rather small to get a good look.
..but it looks like a little tip burn to me.
