Honduran Sativa
I'm in Honduras now, and I can tell you I've never smoked anything so wonderful. Not over powering, but high as fuck just the same. Very clean the cerebral high. Euphoric. Happy. Zero sign of any negative effects other than emptying a bag of Oreos. Love it. Now if I could only grow it at home. It'll have to be an indoor job. Bag seeds aplenty, but I'm trying to get a burlap bag full. "we throw them away. All I have are my seeds for next year crop " "well I'll pay you for them. You've got 1 week to collect some for me." l Last edited by TychoMonolyth; 02-14-2018 at 09:33 PM.. Reason: Add image |

I recently lived in Nicaragua for 3 years.. 90% of weed in Central America is imported. What your smoking is most likely Columbian, or if its actually not too too bad then Jamaican. The Nica grown weed was shit, same I found for the rest of C.A.
Local grown will be a bit fluffier, where Columbian will be in a hard pressed brick, like the Mexican shit back in the day. Jamaican will actually have crystals and some even with out seeds. Unless you saw the fields yourself, then thats the scoop. Fields are also WAY off the beaten track in the jungle, it would take some serious connections and days to get there, thats awesome if you made it. I also liked the weed down there. You get used to it and its not too strong. You can smoke nice size joints and you dont get knocked out. When I first came back I was getting FUCKED off the strains my buddies had, I could barely smoke it. |

I was told they only have Trash (local) or Jamaican. But who knows. The stuff I got was fresh, but no bud. Like you get when you run it through a grinder. So a Columbian brick would make sense.
While I haven't seen an impressive grow, I did get to visit a couple dozen plants on Roatan. I'm told the big grows are on the mainland and like you said, it's a Trek to get there. In these post election days with all the violence, I'm told it's not a good idea to go off into the bush. Lol My connection here is a childhood friend who's been here for 10 years. In anycase, my seed collection is growing

Ah yes, they sold those on my island wrapped in little pieces of paper. Basically about 75 cents each, take 2 of them to make a decent joint. They get the columbian bricks and chop them with machetes and just put a pinch into each little "balsa". When you start buying oz's from a dude with an actual scale you see the package it comes in. I was getting pounds for $250 of Jamaican and $200 of Columbian. They are usually wrapped in tape and they include the tape when weighing it. |

If you are still on Roatan I hope you are diving liking a madman. And enjoy a rum punch at sundownders for me, but don't get pricked by a lionfish while spearfishing. Good luck on the seed hunt.
