Assuming you're set on LEDs, you're probably much better off with COBs, samsung/bridgelux strips, or quantum boards.

5 watt leds are very intense for a lower ceiling if you have one. Build my light spyder lights showed promise in some collegiate testing from Utah state. https://growershouse.com/images/PDFs...b__6441190.pdf here is the data

Peeps still say hps if can deal with the heat...unless u sell out some coin for certain models

i've got some 300 watt leds and well...maybe for veg.

now ive been using 15 watt 2900 k 1500 lumen bulbs from the dollar stores but getting them spaced and set right can be a challange
