I just glanced at some test results of djs bb mom. the test was rosin press, at about 10 different pressures, and temps. Each one resulted drastically different results with major increases and decreases in terpene % measured.

Correction, I was informed that the extraction was co2, and not rosin press.

I have the bb mother plant, and will test it. But its just a clone now, so it will be several months before I can complete it. Next time I chat with dj Ill ask if he has a regular flower test I can share.

So many thanks MM! This is what we need to solve the riddle. A leaf sample tested by a good lab (Pixis is who we use now) would be enough too. I'd be happy to cover the cost.

Did I read correctly that you have rosin results from it? Any one of those would provide the necessary information as well.

I have test results from a batch of concentrates that was made with outdoor F4 Blueberry in like 2014. The results read as such:
59.44% THC
4.32% CBD
2.36% CBG
0.49% CBN

I can also attest that 90% or more of the progeny and outcrosses from his F4 male have similar CBD ratios.

Thank you JD! Are those from the F4 mother plant that was circulated ten or so years ago or other F4s? And which lab?

I'm very curious about the vast majority of progeny from the male having similar ratios...I would expect 50%, but not 90% (and, of course, it would depend on what you were pollinating).

Really appreciate any and all insight from both of you.

Yes, the test result above was on Dj's current F4 Blueberry mother, which is the same that was circulated about a decade ago. The test was completed at the Werk Shop.

Now that it's mentioned it is kind of particular that 90% or more of the progeny from the F4 Blueberry stud have those minor cannabinoid ratios. But so far about 9 in 10 of the progeny tested have come back with traces of cannabinoids other than just THC. I hadn't really considered it until now, but one would expect to see ratios closer to 50% on an F1 cross.

Here's my theory....I just made its up...lol
CBD's are recessive in the gene pool and the combination to Dj's F4 is pulling out that recessive CBD's because those recessive cannabinoids are a dominant/true breeding trait in Dj's F4. Intentionally or not, it appears Dj stabilised those cannabinoids in his stock.---Just a guess off the top of my head, but it seems right.
