I agree with this.

40% for two weeks and you could have an extremely dry product that crumbles to dust.

You could seal the tent up and set your exhaust fan to vent the tent every hour or so for a couple minutes, this should let the humidity rise and fall.

Just dont trim them at all and you should be fine, It will be a bit too dry to cure in jars. But not too dry to vac seal them and let them cure that way!
