By turning up the heat it will automatically make street prices go back up.

It will thin out the pool of growers so only ppl with a set of balls will risk it. But the laws are still soft enough for no real trouble if you're small.

This is like metered legalization, realistically it could be the best thing ever done for the small grower. It might deter some big outfits from opening up multi acre warehouses with thousands of plants.
