I am seeking $2.8M US for 1-3 years for the acquisition and expansion of a well established Maine, USA medical grow op and purchase of associated real estate. Package deal includes a 1300+ acre forest with $800k+ in timber, and two residential parcels, one of which currently houses the established farm and one which will be the future home of the operation. The move is necessary for the successful expansion of the business and will include both expansion of the medical farm and creation of an industrial hemp farm in the forest for high CBD and possibly CBG plant farms.

Current gross annual income is $1.2M. Expanded medical GAI alone is $2M+. Combined medical and industrial hemp projected GAI is $8-10M. Real estate and business assets, alone, are more than sufficient to secure required funding. Please contact should you have any interest.
