co2 vs rosin vs distillate highs in edibles

anyone notice any differences to the qualities of the highs based on the hash type? I've found that co2 oil tends to provide the best euphoria, distillate the raciest, and rosin tends to be calming, whereas crockpot style cannabutter is always disorienting and sleepy....anyone else have any similiar or different thoughts.
