They wanted to be a cartel. They wanted to be the ONLY producers in the state. It didn't stand a chance with the people or the feds. The feds would of wiped them out and all of the state production of 'legal' cannabis for rec.

At the time they also wanted medical to be that way. That sir, is a monopoly.
