Carbon filter help

I have a fan rted 187m/3h should I use a 170 m/3h carbon filter or the next size up 200 m/3h I was thinking the 170 As don’t want to loose air flow and heat increases with a higher rated filter what yall thinking 🤔?

200. Better over sized. The longer the air passes over the carbon the better.

Thanks for your reply I’ll add a intake fan to increase airflow and hopefully cool the the temperature down along with a open vent for fan to to intake additional air
