GH 6/9 does not work with GHE - Growing in Coco Coir - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

Hi all,

I'm quite new to coco,

Tried The Head's formula with the European version of GH Flora trio. Did several rounds and different pot sizes, coco/perlite ratio and played with the pH, but every time something went wrong.

Recently I switched to canna with Tap/ro. I have bad Tap here (high Na), and I can only supply calmag npk 4-0-0 wich is not the best for the nute balance.

So coco experts (like Absolem and many others) please come and figure out a shedule with GHE Flora and pure R/O.

Also with tap water 150 ppm 44 ppm cal 12 ppm magnesium.

I think maimunji is right when he says there may be a conversion needed on the numbers from GHE. I'll check into it.

Look Absolem GHE gives their number in oxide form. Cao, Mgo, So. GH label is Ca,Mg,S. They may need conversation maybe?

I use 6/9 GHE in coco all the time no issues here. all good ??????

hy painter. what water do you use?

I used ec 0,03 R/O similar to head's tap water.
