Anyone know a good way of rubbing plants to produce charras

without hurting them/losing to many trichomes?

I know this isn't terribly informative, but I've been told to be very gentle, in order to avoid getting a lot of plant-matter contaminants, and to use surgical gloves. After you've done your rubbing you can put the gloves in a jar or what have you and stick the whole thing in the freezer, to get your fingerhash off the gloves. I'm hoping to give it a try in a few weeks.

use only your finger tips, and press very gently (almost like stroke) the buds, this way you won't hurt too much the plant.
