Does anyone recognize this photo?

I think this is the biggest plant I saw pictures of this summer, but I lost track of the source. Photo was taken in August in CA

I recommend a trip to Home Depot for 200 ft of LED Christmas lights, some serious packs of silver tinsel, 100 glass ball decorations, strings of popcorn, 8 dozen candy canes, and maybe a nice gold star or angel for the top.

"Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree....."

gotta take a stab at the height, 15 feet? maybe a little more
of course height of the guy is not known(by me), but if he's average height then 15 feet sounds possible
higher of course is better, except if it collapsed under its own weight
