If I may add one more point regarding passive extraction. Despite your claims to the contrary, I learned that from FOAF as well, as detailed at: https://thealchemistresource.thealch...g-page_79.html

You did inspire me to offer a cheaper alternative to the TE-175 Tamisium, so that low income medical cannabis patients could afford one, but I didn't steal the concept or the design.

you just have to kill the s in the htpps part of the url, i tried to fix it, but it keep putting the s back. only way to do it is manually, very easy. maybe make a note in the first post. you just have to delete the s from the htpps in the begingin of the url

Do these guys, Dave and Andrew, have the resources to enforce thier patents?

I have not followed this story very closely. But, I just watched the patent video put up by Andrew. The guy actually is wearing a shirt that has the word "Crooks" emblazoned across the chest.

To me, it is clear that Andrew's only intention is to be a patent troll. And, if he has enough money, he could probably keep that going until someone bigger knocks him down.

Grey Wolf... if it would at all "float your boat" to pursue, I would support your gofundme effort with a hundred bucks. I would be thrilled if the community would fund a legal effort to keep the closed loop extraction fundamental tech in the public domain.

I had my popcorn ready waiting for some good fun. Come on now, let's get this party started!!! They call people that exploit patents, TROLLS, for a myriad of very good reasons. They are foul and vile creatures that scare people from afar but eventually retreat to hide under a bridge. The last thing in the world that a troll wants to do is be forced to defend the validity of their patent in a court of law, because a drop of the gavel has unraveled many a frivious-never-should-have-been-patented-extortion-scheme. There are plenty of things that are worthy of patent, but the vast majority, including all software patents and business processes (because you can't own an idea), are pure bullshit that would evaporate quickly if ever properly purged...
